FAQ’s

Hunting Seasons

Hunting is year round as the deer species shed their antlers at different times, However, the most popular time to hunt is from April through to September as all species can be hunted at this time.

Firearms

If you want to hunt with your own rifle, we can arrange the necessary permits. Alternatively we have rifles in a variety of calibres you are welcome to use. Clients can test-fire rifles at our range at the beginning of the hunt.

Trophy Shipment

We consider this stage as important as any other part your hunt.  We take meticulous care of your trophies and have built a dedicated, dehumidified salting and drying shed to keep the skins in the best possible condition prior to shipping. Cost of crating, expedition and documentation is $150 per shoulder skin and $250 per full-body skin, plus crate cost $230 (one per shipment, includes delivery to Brisbane).
